As a student, academics has been one of my top priorities and maintaining a certain grade in each of my classes has been an objective that I have done to the best of my ability to complete.
If I get selected into NHS that objective will be justified and I will acquire more opportunities to improve my community and share my knowledge with others in NHS. After not getting accepted into National Junior Honor Society in middle school I made it a goal that in high school I would possess the attributes to get into NHS.
I want to be in the National Honor Society because it would further benefit me as a person in the future. After graduating high school, I plan on I trained and practiced as a Materials Engineer back in Nigeria, where I worked as a research and development officer for five years.
